1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

Jayboi Services, LLC provides trucking compliance and dispatching services, including but not limited to:

• Form 2290 (Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax) filing
• IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) reporting assistance
• MC/DOT Authority setup and maintenance
• Driver qualification file management
• Drug & alcohol consortium enrollment
• Dispatching and load negotiation services
• Client portal access for document management

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all filings
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation
• Maintain current contact information
• Pay for services according to the agreed-upon terms
• Keep your portal login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any errors in submitted documents

4. Payment Terms

One-Time Services: Payment is due at the time of service request. Services will be processed upon payment confirmation.

Subscription Services: Monthly or annual subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Dispatching Services: Fees are calculated as a percentage (8-10%) of the gross load rate and are due upon load completion.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy in all filings, you are ultimately responsible for verifying that all information submitted to government agencies is correct. We are not liable for penalties resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

6. Document Retention

Documents uploaded to the client portal are retained according to DOT and IRS requirements. We recommend maintaining your own copies of all important compliance documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for government penalties resulting from client-provided inaccurate information
• We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Jayboi Services, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to pay for services rendered
• Engage in fraudulent activity

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in the State of Georgia.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms
