The FMCSA requires you to update your DOT information every two years, even if nothing has changed. Don't risk fines of up to $1,000/day.

Every 2 Years
The "Biennial" update is mandatory for all carriers with a DOT number, regardless of activity status.
Risk of Deactivation
Failure to update your MCS-150 can result in your DOT number being deactivated, stopping your trucks cold.

Operating with outdated information or a deactivated DOT number can lead to penalties of $1,000 per day.
