Service Satisfaction Guarantee
At Jayboi Services, LLC, we strive to provide excellent service to every client. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately at 470-484-4814 so we can resolve the issue.
Refund Terms
1. Government Filing Fees
Any funds paid for government filing fees (FMCSA, IRS, State Agencies) are non-refundable once the filing has been submitted to the respective agency. These fees are collected by us and paid directly to the government on your behalf.
2. Service Fees
Our service fees are refundable under the following conditions:
- If you cancel your service request before we have started working on your file.
- If we are unable to complete the service due to an error on our part.
If work has already commenced (e.g., applications drafted, consultations provided), a partial refund may be issued minus a processing fee for work completed.
3. Subscription Services
Monthly subscription services (Dispatching, Compliance Management) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations must be requested at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
4. Digital Products
Sales of digital downloads (e-books, checklists, templates) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
